Back-Country Skiing and Snowshoe Walks to the Gampen Alp
In winter the Puez-Geisler Nature Reserve is an even more popular destination for alternative sports enthusiasts such as back-country skiers and snowshoe walkers.

From the Zans car park follow the toboggan track towards Kaserill (nos. 35, 33) to a fork, at which the route follows the signs for Kaserill (no. 32) and from there continues along the valley bottom (no. 31) around the mountain until it reaches the summit of the Zendleser Kofel (2422 m) from the west.
Duration: approx. 2 hours
Altitude difference (ascent): 700m
Descend via the ridge in the direction of the Schlueter Hut (no. 7) to the Gampen Alp (nos. 32, 32 & 33).
Bronsoi-Joch Route for back-country skiers (orange)
Ascend directly through the forest to the Gampen Alp and then continue along trail nos. 35 and 3A to the Bronsoi-Joch.
